LOCATION: The College of New Rochelle, Wellness Center Natatorium 112 Meadow Lane, New Rochelle, NY 10801
FACILITY: The pool is a 6 lane, 25 yards, with non-turbulent lane dividers Daktronic Timing system with a 6 lane scoreboard. There is balcony seating for spectators (90 person limit).
SESSIONS: Our meet will have 1 session. Warm-up is at 9:00am and meet will start at 10:00am
FORMAT: All events will be timed finals.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to HVWAC Swimmers. All swimmers participating in this meet must be registered by the first day of the meet.
DISABILITY SWIMMERS: Swimmers with disabilities are encouraged to attend. Contact the meet director if you need special consideration. The athlete (or the athlete's coach) is also responsible for notifying the meet referee of any disability prior to the competition.
ENTRIES: Swimmers may be entered up to 3 individual events per day and 1 relay. Please include the following with all entries: coach's name, email address and phone number. No Deck entries will be allowed. No times (NT's) entries will be returned!!
DEADLINE: All entries must be submitted via e-mail in a hy-tek file to Jamie D'Agostino at Jadagostino@cnr.edu by Friday, January 27th by 3pm.
SCORING: Scoring shall be for 6 places as follows: relays, 11-4-0; individual events, 9-4-3-2-1-0.

First half hour there will be general warm-up.
Last 30 minutes: lanes 1 & 6 will be pace lanes; lanes 2 & 5 will be open for one-way sprints; lanes 3 & 4 will remain open for general warm-up. All swimmers must be supervised by a coach.
SCRATCHES: Coaches will be given scratch sheets upon check-in for each session. All scratches are due no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the session. Coaches are asked to indicate clearly individual events scratches and which swimmers will not be participating in the session.
AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to the top 3 individual finishers and the top 3 relay teams. Individual and relay awards will be presented after every 3 events.

RULES: The current NCAA Division III Rules and Regulations will apply. The NCAA Division III Code of Conduct is in effect for the duration of the meet. The overhead start procedure may be used at the discretion of the meet Referee.
SAFETY: NCAA Division III warm-up procedures will be in effect. Marshals will be present throughout warm-ups and competition, and have the authority to remove, with the concurrence of the meet Referee, any swimmer, coach, team, or spectator for failure to follow the safety rules. A trainer will be on site. Ice and water will be provided.

From Upper New York State, Westchester County
New York State Thruway south to Cross Westchester Expressway (Route 287). Proceed east on Cross Westchester Expressway to Route I-95 (New England Thruway). South on Route I-95 to Exit 15 (New Rochelle-The Pelhams). Left on US1 (Main Street). Right at second light onto Weyman Avenue. Left at Elm Street (third light). College will be five blocks on the right.
